Tyler M. Pauly

Tyler M. Pauly has extensive experience as an executive assistant, with roles at various companies. In 2015, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. In 2016, they were an Executive Assistant at MAC Cosmetics. Tyler M. then worked as an Executive Assistant at Leon Max // Maxstudio.com in early 2017. Later in 2017, Tyler worked as an Executive Assistant at Bulgari. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Ralph Lauren as an Executive Assistant to the Creative Director of Lauren Ralph Lauren and Chaps. In 2019, they were an Executive Assistant at Tory Burch and John Hardy. In 2021, Tyler worked at Coach as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of RTW and Senior Director of Footwear Design (Temp). In 2022, they worked at SkinCeuticals as an Executive Assistant to the GM of DMI, Deputy GM, and SVP of Global Marketing & Product Innovation before joining BLADE as an Executive Assistant to the President, CFO, and CMO.

Tyler M. Pauly has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology, with a minor in Business Administration, from St. Bonaventure University. During their time at university, Tyler also participated in a Summer Study Abroad program at Colegio de Espana in Salamanca, Spain, where they focused on Spanish language and cultural studies.

In addition to their degree, Tyler obtained a Real Estate Sales Associate License from the Greater Rochester Real Estate Association in 2013. They also received a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Agent from the New York State Department of State OFPC in September 2013.

Furthermore, Tyler participated in a Summer Study Abroad program at Trinity College of Oxford University in Oxford, United Kingdom, in 2012. This program involved B.A. coursework in Shakespeare and Biology.
