Philip Lelliott has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the automotive industry and other sectors. Philip founded Bladon Micro Turbine and served as the Founder Director and CEO. Philip was also a Founder Director at the same company since 2004 before becoming the CEO. Philip was the Director at Silverjump Ltd since 2015. Philip was the Non Executive Chairman at 1602 Group Limited, leading the purchase of the business and negotiating the acquisition funding package. Philip served as the Chief Executive at NeoProducts, where they led a management buy-in/buy-out and focused the business on blue chip customers. Prior to that, they were the Divisional Chief Executive - Automotive at McKechnie plc, responsible for the global automotive Tier 1/Tier 2 trim and fluid handling business. Philip also held the position of President, Europe/Asia Pacific at Safety Components International Inc., where they restructured the management team and moved manufacturing to low cost countries. Philip was the Chief Executive Automotive at Courtaulds Textiles plc and successfully executed the sale of the division. Philip started their career as the Managing Director UK at AL-KO Kober Corp, where they significantly increased sales.

Philip Lelliott completed their Bachelor of Science (hons) degree in Production Engineering and Management from Brunel University London between the years 1975 and 1979.
