Henrik Tørnqvist Hansen

Henrik Tørnqvist Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Henrik Tørnqvist began their career at Odense Steel Shipyard Ltd. in 1998 as a Svejser (Welder) and worked there until 2010. In 2010, they joined Kverneland Group as a Robot operatør/programmør (Robot operator/programmer) and worked in this role until 2018. Henrik Tørnqvist then transitioned to the role of kaizen, where they worked until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they served as a Quality Control Intern at Kverneland Group until they moved to their most recent position at Bladt Industries A/S. At Bladt Industries A/S, Henrik started as a QC Inspector in February 2023 and was promoted to the role of QC Manager in July 2023.

Henrik Tørnqvist Hansen's education history is as follows:

Henrik began their education journey in 1998 and completed it in 2002 at Syddansk Erhvervsskole, where they obtained a certificate as a svejser (welder).

In 2016, Henrik attended Amu-fyn and became a National Svejsekoordinator (National Welding Coordinator).

Henrik Tørnqvist continued their education in 2018 at Ledelse Akademiet Lillebælt, where they completed the Grundlæggende Lederuddannelse (Basic Leadership Education).

Starting in 2019, Henrik attended UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshøjskole. During that period, they pursued multiple degrees and certifications, including:

- A project management degree as a Projektleder (Project Manager).

- A degree in Projektstyring (Project Management) with a specialization in Produktions optimering (Production Optimization).

- A degree in Projektstyring (Project Management) with a specialization in Innovation i praksis (Innovation in Practice).

- A degree in Projektstyring (Project Management) with a specialization in Anvendt økonomi (Applied Economics).

In 2022, they completed a degree in Projektstyring (Project Management) with a focus on Kvalitets optimering med Lean og Six Sigma (Quality Optimization with Lean and Six Sigma).

Currently, Henrik is working towards an AU i Innovation, Produkt og produktion (AU in Innovation, Product, and Production) in the field of Produktionsteknologi/-tekniker (Production Technology/Technician) at UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshøjskole.
