Jens Kristensen

Jens Kristensen has over 30 years of work experience in various legal and management roles. Jens is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Bladt Industries A/S since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NKT Cables Group as the Vice President, Head of Projects and Large Contracts from March 2017 to April 2021. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Contracts, Power Systems / High Voltage Cables at ABB from June 2013 to February 2017. Jens also worked as a legal consultant at JVK Consult from June 2012 to May 2013. Jens served as the Vice President Legal and Contracting at Vestas Offshore A/S from October 2007 to May 2012. Jens gained extensive experience at Alcatel-Lucent, where they worked as the Legal Manager, Head of Legal, Alcatel Nordics and Alcatel Submarine Networks from May 2000 to September 2007. Before that, they worked at TDC as a Legal Advisor in 1999 and as a Commercial Manager at DSC Communications from 1995 to 1999. Jens started their career as a Legal Specialist at SKAT in 1993 and as a Student worker / legal trainee at NKT Holding A/S in 1992.

Jens Kristensen's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Business Law and Economics (cand.merc.jur.) from Copenhagen Business School, which they completed from 1988 to 1993. Jens also participated in the Vestas Executive Leadership Programme in collaboration with IMD from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they attended the Alliance Manchester Business School from 2003 to 2004 for the High Valued Managers Programme.
