Peter Romero

Peter Romero serves as the Vice President of Property Management at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, where responsibilities include overseeing strategies, operations, lease administration, and construction services for the firm's Asset/Property Management and Construction Management platform. Prior to this role, Peter was the Past President of the Miami-Dade Chapter of BOMA International, the leading commercial real estate association in Miami. With previous experience as a Senior Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, Peter managed a portfolio exceeding 1 million square feet and 225 leases. Earlier career highlights include serving as Store Co Manager at Walmart, where Peter led operations of a high-performing store, and as District Manager for General Cinema International, focusing on international expansion. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Florida International University.
