Madeleine Homan Blanchard

Madeleine Homan Blanchard is a seasoned coaching professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. As Chief Coaching Architect and Founder of Blanchard, initiated Coaching.com in 2000 to democratize coaching in organizations. Blanchard serves on the Board of Directors for The Ken Blanchard Companies since 2014 and has been providing executive coaching for SupporTED fellows since 2012. As a co-founder of CD2Learning in 2008, developed innovative learning platforms while also holding leadership roles in various coaching initiatives and organizations. Educational credentials include a BA in Performance Arts from Georgetown University and multiple Master's degrees in NeuroLeadership from Middlesex University.
