Marie Swaisgood

Marie Swaisgood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in medical staff development, philanthropy, and community service. Currently serving as the Director of Medical Staff Development and Chief Development Officer at Blanchard Valley Health System since November 2013, Marie has significantly contributed to organizational growth and development. Prior roles include Director of Annual Giving at The University of Findlay and various positions at the Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation, where expertise in donor services was demonstrated. As a former Director of Before and After School Sessions, Marie managed multiple sites within the Findlay City School System. Marie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Ashland University and holds the Chartered Advisor In Philanthropy designation from The American College of Financial Services. Additionally, participation in Hancock Leadership reflects a commitment to community engagement and leadership development.
