Angel Alvarado has worked in various roles since 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Technology Specialist at Lexus, where they stayed up to date with current and upcoming vehicular technology changes and implementations through online classes, tests, and workshops. Angel also perfected the ins and outs of the Lexus app in order to assist and encourage clients to download, and implemented a customer outreach system, improving client satisfaction and retention by 10% every six months.
In 2018, they also began working as a Customer Retention Manager at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, where they implemented various retention strategies for clients using platforms such as Salesforce and Slack, and helped the team earn the top retention score for ten consecutive months. Angel was promoted to a leadership position two months after hire date for exceeding customer retention expectation by over 40%.
In 2022, they began working as an Analytics Implementation Consultant at BlastX, where they work as a team to find and implement solutions for each client based on individual needs. Angel also does JavaScript Development with Tag Management System, building and troubleshooting code.
Angel Alvarado is currently enrolled at Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they are studying Applied Technology. Angel has obtained two certifications from Google, the Google Analytics Certification (GA4) in December 2022 and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in March 2022.
