Donna Treat, SPHR, MBA

Donna Treat, SPHR, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Donna began their career in 1991 as a Senior HR Consultant at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. In 1997, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at Benefit Consultants Inc., where they were responsible for the management of the Human Resources and Facilities Departments with 10 staff members and budgetary accountability of $6 million. Donna also created a comprehensive communication plan for the successful relocation of all business operations, resulting in a 75% retention rate of critical staff in a labor market with less than 2% unemployment rate. In 2000, Treat became Staffing Manager at Accountants Inc., where they were responsible for the placement of direct hire candidates and attracted new business via marketing efforts. In 2002, Treat moved to Teleplan International N.V. as Region Human Resources Director, North America, and Human Resources & Operations Support Manager. Most recently, in 2018, Treat became Vice President, People Experience and Senior Director, Human Resources at BlastX, a strategic analytics consulting company. As Senior Director, Human Resources, they are responsible for developing organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, and contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to the organization.

Donna Treat earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988. In 1994, they obtained their Masters Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of San Francisco. Donna also holds a SPHR Certification (Senior Human Resources Professional) from the Society for Human Resources Management.
