Josh Maurice, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Josh is currently serving as the Head Baseball Coach for the Deerfield Youth Baseball & Softball Association, where they develop young baseball players through training and game experiences. Previously, they worked as an Account Executive at Blast Motion, Inc., where they managed client accounts. Prior to that, Josh was a Business Consultant at Nextep, where they prospecting for new business relationships and executed daily sales activities. Josh also has extensive experience at NCSA Next College Student Athlete, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Customer Activation Specialist, Senior Sales Development Representative & Team Lead, and Sales Development Representative. In these positions, they generated significant revenue, trained new hires, and exceeded sales goals. Josh also gained experience in the sports industry as a Client Sales and Services Associate for the Seattle Mariners and as an Operations Intern for the Inland Empire 66ers. Additionally, they have coached basketball teams at Meridian Middle School and served as a Marketing and Promotions Associate for the Seattle Storm. Before that, Josh held various roles at the Bellingham Bells and Western Washington University, where they gained experience in game-day operations, promotions, and community outreach. Josh Maurice, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Concordia University Chicago in 2018. During their studies, they focused on Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Washington University between 2009 and 2013.
