Luca Plotegher

Luca Plotegher has extensive experience in commercial and strategic roles. Luca currently works as the Commercial Director at Blastness, where they are responsible for developing new initiatives, evaluating new markets, and analyzing business opportunities in EMEA. Prior to this, Luca worked as the Head of Account Management at Zego, where they led and managed the Account Management team to achieve growth and retention targets. Luca also worked at Expedia Group, where they held various positions such as Head of EMEA Strategic Accounts, Program Manager - Central Operations, Area Manager - Account Management & Business Growth UK&I, Area Manager - Italy, and Market Manager. At Expedia, Luca was responsible for building market strategies, developing relationships with stakeholders, and leading teams across Europe. Earlier in their career, Luca worked as a Deputy Manager at Queensway Group - Tune Hotels and as a Guest Service Manager at Queensway Group - Montagu Place Hotel.

Luca Plotegher holds a Master of Science Degree in Management and Business Consulting from the University of Trento. Luca has also obtained additional certifications, such as "Accessing Your Brain's Hidden Potential" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," from LinkedIn in 2021.
