We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Warehouse Associate to join our supportive and experienced team, delivering quality industrial projects and services nationally.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate at our Murarrie site, your primary responsibility will be to complete parts assembly of hose and small component, as well as the receiving of Purchase & Transfers orders to both our customers and other respective warehouses. Your scope will also include the responsibility of receiving Purchase and Transfer orders ensuring there is no discrepancies against receipts.

We are on the search for a flexible, self-motivated and highly organised Warehouse Associate to join our tight knit team based in Murarrie QLD. This is a full-time position where you will have a "can do attitude", be a team player, as well as have the ability to demonstrate good communication skills and high attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Basic parts assembly of hoses and small components, in addition to repairs.
  • Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
  • Ensure warehouse operations are conducted both safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure products are received and checked against Purchase Order receipts, monitoring for any discrepancies and escalating where necessary.
  • Efficient Pre-Picking, Packing and Dispatch of customer orders.
  • Receiving in of Purchase and Transfer Orders, including the inspection, labelling and correct placement in the Identified Inventory Location System.
  • Be a part of the stocktake process as required to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Communicating with the Warehouse Manager regarding any backorders or items that cannot be fulfilled by the required date.
  • Leading by example in relation to Company policies including Work Health & Safety policies and procedures. Where necessary identify and report safety needs or issues promptly.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3 years proven experience in working as a Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Good understanding of General Warehouse Practices.
  • Proven experience in working with warehouse management systems, preferably Netsuite.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with the use of RF Scanners (desirable not essential)
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy levels are maintained to a high standard.
  • Current Australian Driver’s License.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required e.g. excel, word, etc.
  • Valid Forklift License.
