Jacob Sondergaard

Jacob Sondergaard has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Jacob most recently served as the Vice President of Performance Solutions at BlastOne International. Prior to that, they worked at Jacobi Carbons as the President and General Manager, where they restructured the business for sustainable growth and oversaw a large team. Jacob also held several positions at FLSmidth, including Vice President of Airtech Americas, Managing Director of Airtech South America, Sales and Marketing Manager of Airtech Americas, General Manager of Airtech Asia Pacific, and Area Sales Manager for Europe, Asia, and Africa. Throughout their career, Jacob focused on developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability, building strong customer relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.

Jacob Sondergaard has an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Jacob also has a Bachelor of International Business degree in International Business from The Open University. In addition, they have an Executive Scholar Certificate in Operations & Technology from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and has completed the Corporate Leadership Program in Corporate Leadership from the University of Reading - Henley Business School.
