Bunmi Olayanju

Bunmi Olayanju, CFA, CAIA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at FoodNiche® and as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners since July 2022. Bunmi is also a Fellow at the Black Venture Institute with BLCK VC. Previously, Bunmi held the position of Lead Financial Officer at American Express, overseeing business financing and digital payment experiences. Prior experience includes senior roles at Citigroup, where responsibilities encompassed providing financial analysis for executive decision-making and developing strategic responses to competitive challenges. Bunmi's career began as a Business Analyst at Accenture, contributing to various client engagements. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, and completion of Executive Education in Venture Capital at the University of California, Berkeley.
