Alice Harrington

Alice Harrington serves as the SVP Membership at Blend, an exclusive global membership community for visionary leaders, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alice was the VP Performance & Delivery at GDS Group from June 2021 to June 2023, managing over 240 employees across multiple departments and reporting directly to the CEO. Earlier experience includes positions as Global Sales Director at SHL, Client Director at Mind Gym, and various roles at CEB (now Gartner), where responsibilities ranged from business development to membership growth in HR initiatives. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management from the University of Plymouth.
