Aesha Shah

Aesha Shah is Head of Design of Blend. Her team brings Blend’s vision to life in brand and product by crafting frictionless experiences that aim to delight, engage, and empower people to reach their financial goals. Prior to joining Blend in 2021, Aesha held design leadership positions at Resy and Microsoft. Her experience designing for complex platforms spans over 15 years, starting at Apple, where she helped build the iWork suite of products. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, holding degrees in Computer Science and Human Computer Interaction.
