Caroline Caldwell is a marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies and community engagement within global organizations. As the VP of Marketing at Blend since April 2023, Caroline drives marketing initiatives focusing on innovation and outreach. Previously, Caroline served as the Head of Developer Marketing & Community at Oracle, where leadership of a global team facilitated effective go-to-market strategies and engagement with developers. Previous roles include Director of B2B Enterprise Marketing Strategy at Merkle, and Digital Strategy Sr. Manager at DWA, showcasing a strong background in digital strategy and client engagement. As a co-founder and COO of Beaumonde, Caroline contributed to organizational growth while managing diverse responsibilities. Caroline holds a BS in Fashion Textile Management with a minor in Arts Entrepreneurship from North Carolina State University.
