The Role 

As a Junior HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team by managing essential HR functions including onboarding and employee engagement. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.

About you 

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, handle HR documentation, and support various HR processes and projects.
  • Support and Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and support.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices and processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Must Have:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and employee engagement practices

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
