The Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles and software. They will work on a variety of products, including websites, social media graphics, marketing materials and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and visual assets that align with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
  • Develop original designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
  • Prepare and deliver final artwork for production or digital publication.
  • Work with copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, and other creative team members to create cohesive and impactful designs.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Graphic Designing
  • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative flair and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to take feedback and make revisions accordingly.

Preferred:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience in branding and logo design.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
