Florian Petit

Florian Petit has worked in the field of robotics and mechatronics since 2009 when they began as a Research Scientist at the Robotics and Mechatronics Center of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). In 2016, they founded Blickfeld GmbH.

Florian Petit began their educational journey in 2003 when they attended the Technical University of Munich where they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.-Ing.) in Electrical engineering and computer science in 2008. In 2007, they also attended ETH Zürich but did not receive a degree. In 2008, they attended Stanford University but did not receive a degree. Finally, they attended ETH Zürich again from 2012 to 2015 where they received a Dr. sc. in Robotics.
