Carla White

Carla White is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer service across various sectors. Currently serving as a Prospect and Insights Researcher at Blind Low Vision NZ since July 2021, Carla has also held roles as a Donor Care Specialist and Donor Care Advisor. Prior to this, Carla worked at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) from August 2013 to April 2021, leading service delivery teams in identity and passport services with a total team size of approximately 50, as well as managing customer service teams in births, deaths, and marriages. Carla's earlier experience includes retail management at Stewart Dawsons, operational management at Office Concierge Limited, and front of house management at Premier Inn locations, showcasing a strong ability to train, develop, and lead teams effectively. Carla holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Chinese, French, and Spanish from The University of Auckland and completed secondary education at Auckland Girls Grammar School.
