Dr Nicky Shaw

Dr Nicky Shaw has extensive work experience in the field of operations management and leadership. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at Catch22, where they held various roles including Project Coordinator, Programme Manager, Area Manager, Assistant Director, and finally Director of Operations for the Young People and Families Directorate. At Catch22, they were responsible for leading and developing services for vulnerable children, young people, and families, with a focus on safeguarding.
