Sarah Gray began their work experience in 1990 at Hill Samuel Merchant Bank, where they worked as a Manager until 1996. Sarah then moved to Mizuho Bank, holding the same position from 1997 to 2000. In 2007, Sarah became a Magistrate at the Ministry of Justice UK until 2010. Sarah then joined Bigfoot Arts Education as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2013.
