Kishlaya Sharma

Kishlaya Sharma is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Bling since January 2023, Kishlaya previously held strategic roles at Dropbox, where responsibilities included platform budget and headcount planning, and Western Digital, focusing on P&L and portfolio management for a consumer business segment exceeding $3 billion in annual revenue. In addition, Kishlaya has experience as an advisor at VentureLab and played a crucial role in the distribution of COVID masks during a public health crisis. Early career experiences include significant operations projects at Michelin and research internships at notable organizations such as Honeywell and Technische Universität-Ilmenau in Germany. Kishlaya holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, alongside a brief tenure in an MBA program at the University of California, Berkeley.
