David Chism

David Chism, RPh., MBA has extensive experience in the pharmacy industry. David is currently serving as the Vice President - Pharmacy Partnerships at Blink Health since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Southeastern Grocers as the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services from October 2018 to February 2021, and as the Senior Director of Pharmacy Managed Care, Compliance, and Professional Services from July 2017 to October 2018. Before that, David held positions at Schnuck Markets, Inc. as the Director of Pharmacy Services from May 2012 to July 2017, and as the Division Manager for Specialty Pharmacy/PBM Services from June 2008 to April 2012. David also worked at Mercy as the Division Manager for PBM, Specialty, and Pharmacy Operations/Services from September 2004 to June 2008.

David Chism, RPh., MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis from 1989 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration at Liberty University from 2007 to 2009.
