Libby R. is currently the Senior Manager/Principal of People Programs at Blink Health. Prior to this, Libby held various senior program manager positions at Amazon, focusing on customer research, organizational design, and talent management. Before their time at Amazon, Libby worked at Avanade as the Group Manager of Global Employee Engagement and at Piedmont Healthcare as the Manager of Total Rewards. Libby has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida, a Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Behavior Analysis, and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University.
