Souradip Sarkar

Souradip Sarkar currently serves as Senior Manager - Growth at Blinkit, where responsibilities include strategy development, P&L optimization, and driving expansion in Mumbai and new markets in Maharashtra. Previously held the position of Manager - Growth, managing overall growth metrics for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Souradip is also a member of the Young Leaders Council at the All India Management Association and the founder and co-host of 'The Banyan Tree,' a YouTube channel showcasing stories from sports, business, and literature. Prior experience includes roles at Rockwell Automation, where responsibilities spanned account management and sales training in the OEM sector, and significant contributions to alumni relations at MDI Gurgaon.
