Heidi Adkisson

Heidi Adkisson is currently the Principal UX Designer at Blink. Heidi has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions overseeing various departments such as Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Systems Installations, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Documentation and Training. Heidi has a wealth of knowledge in designing user experiences and has been instrumental in the success of several companies they have worked for.

Heidi Adkisson first obtained a B.A. in Anthropology from Colorado State University. Heidi then went on to earn an M.S. in Human-Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.

Stephanie Tang Waldrop - Visual Designer, Andrew Lenzini - Visual Designer, and Megan Ruhlach - Visual Designer report to Heidi Adkisson. Heidi Adkisson works with Scott Lambridis - VP, Design, Irene Barber - UX Director, and Joe Welinske - Convey UX Program Manager & Accessibility Director. Their manager is Geoff Harrison, Chief Design Officer.
