Scott Lambridis

Scott Lambridis is currently the VP of Design at Blink. Prior to that, they were the Director of UX at REDSHIFT Digital, Inc. from December 2011 to April 2019. In this role, Scott was responsible for guiding the studio's UX practice, defining processes, tools, and best practices. Scott also built and managed the UX department, and mentored both senior and junior designers. Additionally, Scott provided UX thought leadership on all studio projects, led high-profile multidisciplinary product teams, and assisted with project scoping and staffing.

From January 2009 to December 2011, Scott Lambridis was the Lead Interaction Designer at Eveo. In this role, they were responsible for designing web-based solutions for a variety of clients. Scott also created prototypes and conducted user testing to ensure that designs were user-friendly and effective.

Prior to their role at Eveo, Scott Lambridis was a Senior Interactive Designer at A.S.K. Learning from October 2006 to December 2008. In this role, they designed and developed interactive educational materials for use in classrooms and online. Scott also created instructional design plans and oversaw the development process from start to finish.

In addition to their work in the corporate world, Scott Lambridis has also been an entrepreneur. Scott was the owner of Omnibucket from October 2005 to July 2017. During this time, they provided web design, development, and consulting services to a variety of clients. Scott also co-founded Quan Productions, LLC in January 2001 and served as the company's interactive designer and web developer until January 2005.

Throughout their career, Scott Lambridis has always been an advocate for the user. Scott has helped define, evolve, and direct internal UX curriculums at both REDSHIFT Digital, Inc. and Eveo. Additionally, they have hosted learning sessions and trained and supported project leads in order to help maintain a standard of excellence.

Scott Lambridis graduated from San Francisco State University with an MFA in Creative Writing. Prior to that, they graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Neurobiology and honors.

Scott Lambridis reports to Geoff Harrison, Chief Design Officer. Scott Lambridis works with Joe Welinske - Convey UX Program Manager & Accessibility Director, Heidi Adkisson - Principal UX Designer, and Irene Barber - UX Director. Some individuals on their team include Mao Otsuki - UX Designer, Courtney Yarbrough - UX Designer, and Alex Penman - UX Designer.
