Rafael Ogando

Rafael Ogando is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in operations and cloud management. Currently serving as IT Operations Director and Head of Cloud Operations at Blip since June 2020, Rafael oversees multi-cloud environments, collaborates with key teams, and implements operational best practices. Previously, as a Sr. Cloud Solutions Architect at Stefanini Brasil, Rafael focused on digital transformation strategies and resilient cloud architectures, utilizing various AWS and Azure services. Other roles include IT Service Manager at Npo Sistemas do Brasil, IT Service Delivery Manager at Portnet Tecnologia, and Infrastructure Solutions Architect at Stefanini, among others. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Faculdade Santo Agostinho and a Technician degree in Information Technology from FEMC. Additionally, Rafael is a Foundation Member of FinOps Foundation since August 2022.
