Moe Miah

Moe Miah has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Moe started their career as a Camera & Lighting assistant at Sea Blue Media in 2008. Moe then worked as a Freelance DOP and Editor for Scoota (previously Rockabox) in 2008 before joining Scoota as a Producer and Filmmaker from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Moe Miah became a Social Media Strategist and Producer at Scoota. Moe worked at VISYON 360 as a Creative Producer from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on VR/AR/MR technologies and produced interactive projects. Following that, they worked at INITION as a Project Manager in 2018. In 2019, Moe Miah held two roles - they were a Creative Practitioner in Residence at StoryFutures, where they explored immersive technologies and storytelling, and a Client Relationship Manager at Commerce Interact, where they managed campaigns for healthcare conferences. In 2021, they briefly worked as a Director / Editor at Stamp Productions. Currently, Moe Miah is a Project Manager at Blippar, a leading technology company specializing in augmented reality. Moe also works as a freelance Creative Producer, Innovator & Storyteller, supporting brands and charities in utilizing video, digital storytelling, and immersive technologies to connect with their audience.

Moe Miah has pursued an educational journey with a focus in broadcast production and digital communication. In 2003, Moe attended Lambeth College where they earned a City & Guilds Diploma in Journalism. Following this, Moe enrolled at Ravensbourne University London from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Foundation Degree in Broadcast Operations and Production. Moe then continued their education at Ravensbourne University London from 2006 to 2007, completing a BA (Hons) degree in Broadcast Production (for TV and Online). In 2014, Moe further expanded their knowledge by attending Squared Online for a year, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
