Client Services Manager - ANZ

Blis is looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role of Client Services Manager within the client services team, based out of Sydney.

The role will involve the management of multiple campaigns from set up to completion, optimising where possible and troubleshooting challenges. At the heart of the Client Services Manager role is the client interaction and guidance to help them exceed their goals when using the Blis technology suite to facilitate their marketing needs.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for client communication and deliverables, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Facilitate in-person client meetings to drive strategic discussions and provide consultancy on product solutions and best practices.

  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.

  • Develop data-driven insights to inform KPI strategy and activation, identifying optimisation opportunities for performance improvement.

  • Produce comprehensive reporting and conduct weekly client performance review meetings.

  • Create and present post-campaign analysis and quarterly business reviews to clients.

  • Provide expert guidance on Blis products and technical capabilities, acting as an ambassador for the brand.

  • Serve as the contact point for all client third-party integrations and supporting in creative and technical troubleshooting across designated accounts.

  • Involvement in the delivery of client service projects, ensuring a world-class client experience at every touchpoint.

Key Skills:

  • Industry experience, preferably within programmatic and/or mobile
  • Ability to be a client-facing lead, who drives the direction, communications, and outcomes across the teams
  • Strong understanding of client and programmatic success metrics
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with various DSPs e.g. Blis, DV360, AppNexus, TTD etc.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyse data sets from various platforms (MOAT, IAS, DCM, Ad Servers, DSPs)
