Amit Dhole

Amit Dhole has over 14 years of work experience in human resources and organizational development roles. Amit started their career at Deccan Mechanical & Chemical Industries Pvt. Limited as a QC Engineer, where they gained experience in manufacturing, vendor development, and quality control. Amit then joined Mahindra Conveyor Systems Private Limited as a QA Engineer, where they managed product quality and process improvement.

Amit later worked at Suzlon Energy Limited as a Senior Executive in Global Learning & Development, where they acted as a business partner for learning and skill enhancement across multiple manufacturing units. Amit also worked at Ford Motor Company as a Lead in Human Resources, where they played various roles within the HR function and supported the implementation of HR strategies and policies.

In 2016, Amit joined Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in the Automotive and Farm Equipment Business as a Manager in Training & OD. Amit transformed the Learning and Organizational Development function into a strategic business partner and contributed to the company's ER vision.

Before their current role, Amit worked at Alivira Animal Health Limited as a Senior Manager in Human Resources & Administration. Amit led talent management, performance management, and HR operations for the company, improving HR systems and processes based on the business vision.

Currently, Amit is working at Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd. as a Senior Manager in Human Resources. Amit was recruited to set up the Talent management, Learning & Organizational Development vertical for the corporate office and plants. Amit partners with business heads and senior leaders to design and deploy talent management initiatives and foster employee engagement.
