Santiago Barros

Santiago Barros is a Hardware Engineer currently working for BLISSWAY, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Redefine SpA from 2018 to 2021. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Ingeniero de Proyectos for Dictuc. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Research Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Santiago also held a position as Ingeniero de Planificación de Capacidad y Redes at VTR from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for developing investment capacity guidelines and standardizing documentation and procedures for the Planning Sub-Directorate.

Santiago Barros obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Wireless Sensor Networks from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2012. Santiago also earned an Ingeniero Industrial Eléctrico degree in Telecomunicaciones from the same university in 2012.
