Sunanda Neupane, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2019. Sunanda worked as a Lab Assistant at DSU Department of Chemistry from an undisclosed date in 2010 to an undisclosed date in 2011. Following that, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the INBRE Cancer Research Lab in 2011. In 2009, they started working at Dickinson State University as a Resident Assistant, and in 2011 they became an Undergraduate Curatorial Assistant until May 2013. From August 2013 to August 2015, Sunanda worked as a Formulation Chemist for Personal Care Products at Australian Gold, LLC, where they played a key role in product development and testing. From September 2015 to August 2019, they worked at North Dakota State University in multiple roles including Supervisor to Undergraduate Interns, Doctoral Researcher, and Science Educator. Their responsibilities as a Science Educator included managing and improving the structure of analytical chemistry labs, instructing courses, planning resources, and addressing students' needs. Sunanda's most recent position is as a Research and Development Scientist at Blistex Inc., starting in August 2019.

Sunanda Neupane, Ph.D. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics and Biology from Dickinson State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemistry at North Dakota State University from 2015 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Sunanda Neupane has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed the "Best Practices for Topical Generic Product Development and ANDA Submission Webinar" offered by the FDA U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Furthermore, in May 2020, they completed the "COVID-19 Contact Tracing" certification provided by Johns Hopkins University.
