Sheikh Mohammed Irfan

Sheikh Mohammed Irfan began their work experience in 2004 as an Intern/Business Development Manager at Ha-Meem Group, where they worked until 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Marketing Consultant at Alvira Real Estate Ltd. Following this, they worked as a Brand Manager/Journalist at Dhaka Tribune from 2013 to 2014. Sheikh Mohammed then joined Cyberia Group as the Director of Research Development from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Country Director at the Center for Asia Leadership Initiatives, responsible for overseeing R&D, policy initiatives, and local operations. From 2018 to 2021, Sheikh Mohammed held various roles at Bloccelerate VC, including VP Global Operations and Managing Partner, where they focused on research, strategy, and thought leadership. In 2021, they founded Paal Transport Corp. and currently serves as the Founder & CEO.

Sheikh Mohammed Irfan has a diverse education history in various fields. Sheikh Mohammed holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard University. Sheikh Mohammed also has an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and another Engineer's degree in Financial Planning and Services from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University.

In addition to their degrees, Sheikh Mohammed Irfan has obtained several certifications in various areas. In 2018, they completed the Business Process Design for Strategic Management certification from MIT Sloan School of Management. Sheikh Mohammed also obtained certifications such as Quantitative Methods Methods in Systems Engineering (2017), Certified Cybersecurity Professional - Technology, Application and Policy (2016), Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification (2016), Architecture of Complex Systems (2016), Certified Big Data Professional (2016), Certified Internet of Things Professional (2016), Certified Fintech Professional (2016), Certified Data Science Professional (2015), and Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) from Cisco (2014).
