Aya A. started their work experience as a Student IT Intern at Canutillo ISD in September 2018 and worked until January 2019. In September 2020, they joined UTeach Outreach as an Outreach Intern and stayed until May 2022. In June 2022, Aya became an Instructor at Girls Who Code and worked until August 2022. Currently, they are a Junior Blockchain Developer at BlockApps, starting from January 2023.

Aya A. has a diverse education history. Aya started their academic journey in 2015 at El Paso Community College, where they pursued a Northwest Early College High School program. During their time there, they also completed an Associate of Arts degree with a specific field of study not specified. In 2018, Aya transferred to The University of Texas at El Paso, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. However, they made a decision to continue their studies at The University of Texas at Austin in the same field. Aya's educational background also includes participation in the Girls Who Code program, where they gained knowledge and skills in Computer Science.

Apart from their formal education, Aya also obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In 2015, they earned the Microsoft Office Specialist certification for Word 2013. In the following year, they obtained certifications for Excel 2013, PowerPoint 2013, and Access 2013. These certifications demonstrate their proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
