Pearse Ryan is the General Counsel & co-founder at haPPEearth and Plandail Limited, overseeing legal, regulatory/compliance, and commercial affairs. Pearse also serves as Chairperson in the Legal & Regulatory Working Group at Blockchain Ireland and has a background in technology, innovation, FinTech, and cyber risk management. In addition, Pearse has served on the board of the Irish Visual Artists Rights Organisation and has experience in lecturing on legal aspects of FinTech at various educational institutions.
