In this dynamic role, you'll provide first-line IT support, ensuring our team has the tools they need to thrive in the fast-paced world of blockchain technology. This role is based out of our London office. 

What you'll do:

• Become a hero to our team by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Be a tech onboarding pro, setting up new employees' workstations and getting them up to speed.
• Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment, keeping our data safe and systems running smoothly.
• Dive into the exciting world of blockchain! This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in this revolutionary industry.
• Collaborate with the IT team to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
• Experienced administering cloud-based solutions like Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.), Okta, Jamf, and Slack.

You're a great fit if you:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or have rockstar experience that proves your knowledge).
• Understand the ins and outs of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Can navigate networks like a pro, with a grasp of networking concepts and protocols.
• Prioritize security, understanding IT security best practices.
• Are a whiz at problem-solving, with a knack for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a strong desire to learn and grow within the crypto industry.
• Bonus points for prior IT support experience or relevant internships!
