Debbie Moroz-Holgado

Debbie Moroz-Holgado has a diverse work experience in various companies. Debbie is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at BlockTech B.V., a cryptocurrency start-up focused on improving trading and liquidity in the market. Prior to this, they worked as an HR & Recruitment Manager at the same company.

Before joining BlockTech B.V., Debbie worked at ACT Commodities as a Team Lead Recruitment and Corporate Recruiter. Debbie also has experience at Optiver, where they held different roles in recruitment, including Recruitment Event Manager. Their responsibilities included organizing recruitment events, managing vendors, researching better practices, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Earlier in their career, Debbie worked at Olympia Uitzendbureau as an Intercedent and Administrative Assistant. Debbie also completed an internship at Veronica Holding.

Debbie Moroz-Holgado obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended De Heemgaard from 1999 to 2004, focusing on Culture and Society. In addition to their formal education, they also hold several certifications, including a YEARTH Management Development Program from YEARTH Academy in 2020, a TMA Certified Professional from TMA in 2016, and a Cambridge English Level 2 certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2014, among others.
