Dom Lempereur is the Chief of Engineering at BlocPower. Dom has over fifteen years of experience in the energy sector and has played a pivotal role in the launch of several energy initiatives. Dom is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Dom Lempereur began their career as a Director of Technical Services at Enterprise Community Partners, where they managed the implementation of energy efficiency programs for low-income housing developments. Dom then transitioned to kW Engineering as the Director of East Coast Operations. In this role, they were responsible for launching the company's business in New York City and overseeing energy projects for Con Edison, PSEG NJ, PSEG Long Island, Eversource CT, and NYSERDA.

Most recently, Dom Lempereur has been working as the Chief of Engineering at BlocPower, where they are responsible for leading the engineering team and developing innovative clean energy solutions for urban communities. Under their leadership, BlocPower has successfully implemented several clean energy projects in New York City, helping to reduce carbon emissions and create jobs in underserved communities.

Dom Lempereur has a Master's in Energy and Environment from Université de Bordeaux, and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Physics from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
