Casey Breuer

Casey Breuer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operational excellence and process engineering. Currently serving as the Corporate Operational Excellence Manager at Blommer Chocolate Company since June 2018, Casey oversees the deployment and ongoing development of the Redzone data collection system, as well as maintaining reporting on plant performance using analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Previously, Casey worked as a Process Development Engineer, focusing on data acquisition processes and reporting methods, and as a Process Improvement Engineer at Custom Processing Services, Inc., where time studies were conducted to enhance throughput. An early career includes an internship at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, contributing to the installation of a combined heating and power plant and ensuring quality control on-site. Education includes a degree from Lehigh University, completed in 2018, following earlier studies at Malvern Preparatory School.
