Kelly C.

Kelly C. has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Kelly is currently working as the Head of HR at Blommer Chocolate Company. Prior to that, they served as the Global Human Resources Director at ITW from 2017-2021. From 2014-2017, they held various roles at TransUnion, including Global Information Technology HR Manager and International HR Business Partner. Before joining TransUnion, Kelly worked at Allstate as an HR Workforce Measurement Lead Consultant, where they led the implementation of SuccessFactors' Analytics module. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Schneider Electric as an Organizational Development Project Manager and Specialist, as well as at Wonderlic, Inc. as a Survey Project Manager.

Kelly C. holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. Kelly also obtained a Bachelors degree in the same field from DePaul University. In addition to their academic degrees, Kelly has pursued various certifications including Change Management Skills from AIM Methodology, Flawless Consulting Skills from Peter Block's Flawless Consulting Model, Six Sigma Greenbelt from Schneider Electric, Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and Talent Acceleration Pool (TAP) Assessor from PDI.
