Louise Guan

Louise Guan has extensive experience in the R&D department of the chocolate industry. Starting as an R&D Executive at Barry Callebaut from September 2008 to September 2014, Louise was involved in new product development, chocolate application, lab management, local product committee organization, customer visits and training, and product data management. Currently, at Blommer Chocolate Company, Louise holds the title of R&D Manager and R&D Application Supervisor, providing technical support to customers in applying Blommer chocolate and managing application labs and sampling.
