Julie Stahl

Julie Stahl has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. Julie began their career in 1993 as a Technical Advisor for Schwarzkopf Professional, where they managed a training academy and developed creative, value-added programs beyond the core class curriculum. In 1998, they joined L'Oreal Paris as Director of Product Development, responsible for the development of new products in the hair category. Julie also served as Director of International Education for Redken, ensuring consistency in language throughout the global markets. In 2002, Julie founded and became CEO of Blonde + Co, an agency that oversees creative, artists, production, post-production, and studios. Julie is responsible for developing persuasive campaigns and content that can change behavior, as well as directing award-winning content.

Julie Stahl attended Adelaide College of Technical and Further Education from 1982 to 1985, studying cometology & trichology. Julie also attended Adelaide College of TAFE. In 2013, they obtained a National Women's Business Enterprise Certification from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
