Robert Kotcher has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial engineering. Robert has held various senior positions in different companies, starting in 2001 with MMC Technology, where they identified and implemented profit improvement opportunities in disk production plants. Robert then worked at Western Digital, where they built a Monte Carlo simulation model for dynamic capacity planning and advised the lean manufacturing team. At Philips Lumileds, they built a detailed computer simulation model for LED manufacturing and conducted Monte Carlo analyses. Robert also worked at Simitar, Inc., where they built a capacity model for a medical device facility and performed product development.
