Mike Weldon

Mike Weldon currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Bloom Healthcare, a position held since March 2024, after previously occupying various leadership roles in clinical operations and services across several healthcare organizations, including Pivot Home Health and InnovAge. With a career that began in nursing, Mike has extensive experience in critical care settings and has worked in various capacities, such as Executive Director at Sun Tree Hospice of Colorado and Suncrest Home Health & Hospice. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Carl Sandburg College, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Western Illinois University. Mike is recognized for excellence in patient care, including receiving the National Honor Daisy Award.
