Johnna Kovach is a seasoned behavioral health executive with extensive experience in clinical operations management across multiple facilities and states. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Services at Oceans Healthcare since June 2025, Johnna previously held the position of AVP, Clinical Operations at Lifepoint Health® from October 2022 to June 2025, where oversight included improving key performance indicators and implementing strategic initiatives for over 20 inpatient and 35 outpatient locations. Prior roles include Director of Clinical Operations at Columbus Springs and Program Director at Samaritan Behavioral Health, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency through leadership and quality improvement projects. Johnna earned a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
