Zane Matthews

Zane Matthews has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Head of Retail Operations at Blooms The Chemist since May 2014. In this role, Zane oversees a national network of 118 stores, manages a team of eight direct reports, and actively participates on several committees, including store acquisition, ESG, and audit and risk. Previous experience includes serving as a Store Manager at Best&Less from October 1998 to April 2014. Zane holds a Certificate IV in Retail Management, a degree in General Management from Melbourne Business School, and a Diploma of Retail Management from the National Retail Association.
