Paulo Pereira

Paulo Pereira has a diverse work experience in the field of Android development. Paulo started their career at Softinsa in 2017 as an Android Developer, where they worked on various projects such as the "BizkaiUP" application, which had a significant impact on reducing development time. Paulo also developed a Server Monitoring Web App using Django and Python, in collaboration with IBM Portugal. Prior to that, they worked on Python scripting for a Portuguese TV station.

In 2021, Paulo joined Talkdesk as an Android Engineer. Paulo developed applications in an agile environment using Kotlin, Coroutines, Ktor, Jetpack Compose, and other tools. Paulo followed the MVVM pattern and focused on Clean Architecture & SOLID principles.

In 2022, Paulo joined Bloom & Wild as an Android Engineer. Paulo continued to work in an agile environment and developed applications using Java and Kotlin. Paulo utilized various technologies and frameworks such as Coroutines, Retrofit, Jetpack Compose, Hilt, MockK, and JUnit for unit tests and Espresso for UI tests. Paulo maintained a strong emphasis on Clean Architecture & SOLID principles.

Paulo Pereira attended Instituto Politécnico de Tomar from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Tecnologia e Programação em Sistemas de Informação, specializing in Engenharia Informática. In August 2020, they obtained the certification of Associate Android Developer from Google Developers.
